I am particularly focused on High Intensity Interval Training with the use of little or no equipment. This is excellent because the exercises you do with me can be done at work, at a Bexley Park, at home, or even on holiday.

I also use a variety of different equipment, but I bring this in after my clients have improved their body mechanics.
This way, I will work with you to protect your joints and muscles, so you can keep exercising for a long time.
This means the way you move when you exercise improve when you do your day to day activities, like walking, shopping, working and spending time with friends.
The way you move your body on a day-to-day basis will have a big impact on whether you are still mobile when you are 80.

I have worked with many clients, providing one-to-one personal training and helping them change their view on exercise.

Are gyms really working?
I’ve come across many people who have said exercising in a gym is not working for them. Why? Several reasons. They don’t get enough support, and they are not getting any results.
Gyms tend to have a certain age group of similar people who spend lot’s of time improving their physique but not improving their health. Trust me. This is easily done.
